Accessorize your hair with feathers and/or tinsel! Feathers: 2 for $5.00 or 4 for $10.00 Tinsel: 2 beads which is 8 pieces of tinsel for $5.00 -- each additional 8 pieces is $5.00! The $5 booking fee holds your appointment and is non-refundable. The starting price of this service is $5. Please call if you have any questions.
